Installation preparation
Prepare the information and the site before installation day. This checklist helps buyers and installers coordinate the selected products without guessing at model-specific details.

Keep one approved product record
For each room type, collect the product reference, approved drawing, material and finish, quantity and any confirmed accessories. Keep revisions together so the installer is working from the same selection as the purchasing team. A small change in a drain position, mounting format or finished dimension can affect adjacent work.
Check the interfaces first
| Product family | Preparation to review |
|---|---|
| Basins and vanities | Mounting support, finished height, faucet reach, drain arrangement and cabinet/plumbing clearance. |
| Bathtubs | Delivery route, floor/support requirements, finished position, faucet location and drain access. |
| Shower bases and walls | Finished opening, drain position, support/substrate, joints and the complete waterproofing detail. |
| Mirrors | Wall support and, where applicable, the selected electrical supply and controls. |
| Seating and accessories | Intended location, mounting or support method, dimensions and any stated use/load limitations. |
Before products are moved into place
- Inspect the products and record the reference numbers and any delivery concerns.
- Protect finished surfaces and plan handling using confirmed product weights and dimensions.
- Check that the relevant floors, walls and service positions are ready.
- Dry-check the layout and connection positions using the approved drawings.
- Ask the installer to resolve mismatches before cutting, drilling, fixing or concealing work.
Use the selected instructions
Support methods, fixing details, adhesives, sealants and drain components can vary between products. Have the installer follow the selected model’s confirmed instructions and the applicable project requirements. This page is a coordination checklist, rather than a substitute for a product-specific installation manual or the installer’s assessment of the site.
Plan the handover
Before the bathroom is handed over, arrange the relevant checks of installed connections, drainage, fixing security and any electrical components by the appropriate trades. Confirm that access points remain available where needed. Remove construction residue using a method suitable for the actual material and finish, then provide the product references and care information to the operator or homeowner.
Information to keep
Store the final product list, approved drawings, order/quotation details, confirmed component information and care instructions together. For a multi-room project, a room-type schedule makes replacement identification and later maintenance more straightforward. Keep photographs of concealed connection positions where the project team considers them useful.

Put it into your project
Save the references for the products on your shortlist. Send the quantities, required dimensions, preferred finish, destination and target timing to Anhe Bath so the product details can be discussed together.
