Care for your bathroom
A useful care routine starts with the actual material and finish. Keep the product reference and care instructions available for the people cleaning the room.

Start with the selected finish
Identify the material and finish for each item rather than applying one cleaning method to the entire bathroom. A matte basin, a glossy bath, a mirror, metal fittings and a leather-covered stool can need different treatment. A product described broadly as artificial stone should be cleaned according to its confirmed instructions, not according to the name alone.
Build a simple daily routine
Follow the product’s care guidance. For many bathroom surfaces, a soft cloth and a compatible mild cleaner are a sensible starting point. Read the cleaner label, test it on a discreet area where appropriate, and rinse and dry the surface as directed. Do not leave cleaning chemicals soaking on the product or allow overspray to sit on nearby finishes.
Manufacturer care guidance commonly emphasizes material compatibility, testing in a discreet place and avoiding methods that scratch or dull a finish. See an example care-and-cleaning reference. Use the instructions for the selected Anhe Bath item; the example document is for another manufacturer’s specific products.
Questions for a care schedule
| Area | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Cleaner | Is it approved for the actual material and finish? |
| Tools | Which cloths, pads or brushes are suitable? |
| Frequency | How often does the room’s use and water condition require routine cleaning? |
| Deposits or stains | Which method is approved before using a stronger product? |
| Surface repair | Who should assess marks or damage, and what treatment is permitted? |
Avoid improvised restoration
Do not assume that polishing, sanding or abrasive treatment suitable for one solid-surface brand is suitable for every product. These methods can change sheen or damage a finish. If a mark does not respond to the approved routine, send the reference, material/finish information and a clear photo when asking for guidance. Keep heat, sharp objects and incompatible chemicals away as required by the product’s instructions.
For hospitality and multi-room use
Make the approved care method easy to find. Match the cleaning schedule to the product list, keep cleaners clearly identified and tell the team which tools are not permitted. Record recurring issues by room and reference so the project operator can distinguish a cleaning issue from a connection, ventilation or installation issue. A consistent routine is easier to maintain when staff do not have to infer the material from its appearance.
At handover
- Give the operator or homeowner the final product references.
- Keep the relevant care instructions with the room or property records.
- Record the approved cleaner and cleaning tools for each finish.
- Provide a clear route for reporting damage or asking a product question.
Put it into your project
Save the references for the products on your shortlist. Send the quantities, required dimensions, preferred finish, destination and target timing to Anhe Bath so the product details can be discussed together.
